How To Avoid Google Adsense Click Fraud In Any Online Business

Many web site owners are getting their Google Adsense account terminated when they have done nothing wrong to deserve the punishment. Considering the money that they are getting from Adsense, they would certainly want to get back into it. It’s that same consideration why the Google Adsense click fraud is thought of and why many people are getting into it.Click fraud is the act of clicking on ads for the purpose of costing the advertiser money. It is simply the same as paying out cash for false leads. Many people website owners are aware of this fraud and are sharing the same sentiment that this is the one big problem that Adsense is facing.

How do you prevent being involved in this fraud?

Majority of web hosts are offering access logs. Once this is offered to you for your online business, it is necessary that you hand it over to Google as well. This allows them to look for any suspicious activity on your site. Problems like this are very serious and giving it to them is saying that you would want to help them in any way you can in solving the problem.

It can also help if you have a click monitoring software. If you do not have one yet, you should try and get one. There is absolutely no major factor preventing you from having one because most of this software is free. As usual, all the information you have received should be turned over to Google. This is showing Google that you too are fighting against click frauds and is in no way a part of it.Study your server logs and watch for any activity that seems suspicious. Report anything that you may find odd, may it big or small thing. You may want to consider disabling ads for your own IP address and local geographic area. This will certainly prevent accidents and will not make Google mistake another user as you. You can do through a htaccess file. This will avoid Google mistaking as clicking on your own ads and be kicked out because of it.

Keep your Adsense off on pop ups and pop unders. Your ads should not be displayed on content sites that promote illegal activity or tampering of the legal rights of other people or business. Included in this are the content that is considered adult and gambling ones. If you think that you may be breaking this rule, immediately remove your content or Adsense from the web page.Be truthful and confess up to Google about times when you might have clicked on your own as, whether accidentally or intentionally. Or the times when you have done something that is against the Terms of Service that they are implementing. Be honest about anything that you may have done that is wrong. Confessing is way better than Google learning about it eventually. It would mean eventual termination and no getting back what you have worked so hard for on your online business..

Do not tell your family or friends about Adsense on your website. Chances are they may start clicking on them to help you make money without you knowing it. They may be doing more harm to you than help by trying it in the first place. If ever someone you know chanced upon your Adsense, make sure they understand that they cannot click on your ads under any circumstances. It would be wise to brief them on important things about Adsense and what not to do with them.

Most pay per click networks have different measures in hand to protect website owners against click frauds. Other search engines can track more than 50 data points, IP address, browser’s information, user’s session info and pattern recognition. They also have “systems” available that detects fraud. Not to mention the specialized teams monitoring how things are going and helping advertisers stop click frauds.Google offers suggestion on how to avoid click fraud. Using “negative keywords” can be used to keep your Adsense showing on products and services that are in no way related to yours. Adding tracking URLs to your links so you can track the traffic coming from Google.Get more help with your success & online business and partner your online success team.

Back in the good old days, AdWords worked in a very basic way. The higher you pay per click, the higher your add position on the first page. Simple. There are a lot of other PPC networks still operating on this model and that is one reason nobody can remember their names. Google dragged it’s advertisers kicking and screaming into the new Quality score based bidding system, the game completely changed. Google AdWords no longer works on a “highest bid wins” system but on a rather confusing and sometimes illusive set of quality criteria. Some people find it very difficult to get their heads around how this “quality” effects their bid prices and ultimately their ROI. Quality score calculated on places, one for account level quality score, and the other one is keywords quality score. Here we will discuss the keyword quality score. how does it get calculated and how it influence the campaign progress and ROI.

Quality score is only derived by the performance history of your specific keywords in return it controls the two basic parameters called ad rank, and bid value. if the keyword quality score is not good then your keywords most likely will not trigger the ads. But if the same keyword is high in quality score then with lower bid value, keywords will display the ads on higher positions. this philisophy of quality score is bit confusing if you are not taking into consideration the Account Performance. Account performance related with the keywords is simply your CTR, Click through Rate. if the CTR value is low for your keyword then Quality score value will be low. CTR is calcluated based on the number of times your add clicked devided by the number of times your displayed. for example if your ad displayed for 1000 times and it is clicked only twice then CTR is 2/1000. A keyword’s CTR is a strong indicator of its relevance to the user and the overall success of the keyword.Well targeted keyword that shows a similarly targeted ad is more likely to have a higher CTR than a general keyword with non-specific ad text. The more your keywords and ads relate to each other and to your business, the more likely a user is to click on your ad after searching on your keyword phrase.

For good CTR keywords, the quality score value is higher and it will allow you to place your ads on better position as compared with your competitors. this new phenomenon revolutionary change by Google Adwords has brought many new opportunities for advertisers and young talent to take Pay Per Click Advertising as a career. To get best results from your Google Account you need to operate productive advertising campaigns and the campaigns must have good CTR value. There are advertisers and media groups in late 2006, those employed pay per click media for brand promos, to build the awareness of the brand with minimum CTR value. this way the have caused a huge loss to the industry. secondly Google aim is to provide the best match information to the user and this only can be fulfiled if Google considers the value of information. and it does.

You would be amazed at the money being made with Google Adsense every day by people like you and me. Google adsense is one of the easiest way I have found to add extra in come to your website or blog.

It hardly takes any computer skill to implement Google Adsense ads into your website or blog. All you have to do is sigh up with Google for the Google Adsense program and get approved, which will take 2-3 days in most cases. Once approved google will automatically make you Adsense code. All you have to do is insert Adsense ad into your website or blog. That’s it.

With that said, now that you have your Google Adsense ads posted to your website you will need to drive traffic to it. For starters, everybody knows that content is king on the internet and search engines love it.

Fill your site with good quality keyword saturated content is the first step in getting you website noticed by Google and other search engines, keep you content up to date, try added new stuff weekly. RSS feeds also work nicely because it automatically ads fresh content to your site with no work on your end. Everybody likes that! I could go on and on about SEO but your web site content is probably the most important thing of all. People searching the web love information.

I would recommend finding out as much as possible about SEO, ranking high in the search engines will be worth the work, times a million.

Placement of your Google adsense ads will also play a huge factor in the amount of clicks you get on you ad sense adds. I have found that a large horizontal banner right under the header works best. You will also wont to customize you ads to go with the theme of your website, so they look a little more like content and less like ads. People will be more apt to click on them the ads that way.

Google does set some limiting on what you can do to the ads. You are going to wont to read terms of use with Google adsense. Reading terms of use is a very important step. You do not wont to get shut down for something you were not aware of.

There is also meany other ways to get traffic to your adsense ads, here is a list of a few that have worked the best for me.

1. Submitting articles just like this one to article sites. This is a great way to get your site out there. Just write a good article on any subject that you no a little about. Ad a link to your site at the bottom and that’s it. If people have found what you have written interesting they will in most cases take a look and your site. Best of all it is free advertisement for you. There is also software out there that will automatically submit your articles for you and save you a ton of time.

2. Get your site linked to as many high-ranking sites as possible. This can be down by contacting high-ranking sites with similar content to yours and requesting them to add your link in there site.
