We demand that the state be charged first with providing the opportunity for a livelihood and way of life for the citizens.
All citizens must have equal rights and obligations.
The first obligation of every citizen must be to work both spiritually and physically. The activity of individuals is not to counteract the interests of the universality, but must have its result within the framework of the whole for the benefit of all.
Abolition of unearned (work and labor) incomes. Breaking of rent-slavery.
… personal enrichment through a war must be designated as a crime against the people. Therefore we demand the total confiscation of all war profits.
We demand the nationalization of all (previous) associated industries (trusts).
We demand a division of profits of all heavy industries.
We demand an expansion on a large scale of old age welfare.
We demand the creation of a healthy middle class and its conservation, immediate communalization of the great warehouses and their being leased at low cost to small firms, the utmost consideration of all small firms in contracts with the State, county or municipality.
We demand a land reform suitable to our needs, provision of a law for the free expropriation of land for the purposes of public utility, abolition of taxes on land and prevention of all speculation in land.
The state is to be responsible for a fundamental reconstruction of our whole national education program, to enable every capable and industrious [citizen] to obtain higher education and subsequently introduction into leading positions… We demand the education at the expense of the State of outstanding intellectually gifted children of poor parents without consideration of position or profession.
The State is to care for the elevating national health by protecting the mother and child, by outlawing child-labor, by the encouragement of physical fitness, by means of the legal establishment of a gymnastic and sport obligation, by the utmost support of all organizations concerned with the physical instruction of the young.
We demand freedom of religion for all religious denominations within the state so long as they do not endanger its existence or oppose the moral senses … common utility precedes individual utility.

I am an independent. And no. To everything, forever.
I should add that I have problems with things like governmental control of everything we learn and are taught, governmental regulation of individual belief systems, behavioral systems and business enterprises. I strongly believe that people should largely be able to choose their own behaviors, embark on their own enterprises, learn whatever they want, and believe whatever they want.
This is because there is no group of people today that I would care to put in charge of what I can learn or believe, and I sincerely doubt the ability of any government, past or future, to do that in a reasonable and equitable manner. I would regard this system of government as repressive.
So long as this is an experiment, that’s the feedback I can offer.
NO!
“Intelligent Adults With A Brain” party
i mean, are you JOKING?????
Yes, but when you mention “Abolition of unearned (work and labor) incomes,” are you including unemployment insurance? I’d be out on the street when I got laid off if my U.I. wasn’t available! Other than that, I have no problem with your proposals.
And I’m no longer affiliated with a political party because I strongly disagree with many issues in each and every party.
You know, if you had said something like this during the McCarthy era, you’d be blacklisted as a Commie!
sounds a lot like your holding a school hostage. your demands would make sense but they cut out the poor and demand too much from the middle and upper classes. frankly, it sounds a lot like socialism. plus there is no possible way you could fund that the cost would dwarf obama’s spending in unbelievable ways.
and i’m independent. hoping they make an actually tea party
How about a couple more?
We believe that if there is one successful party that is doing its job, it should be able to remain in office indefinitely. Why risk disrupting everything by fixing what isn’t broken?
We believe that overpopulation is a problem that endangers everyone. All the debate on abortion, education, and any issue pertaining to children can be solved if families limit themselves to one child each. Because people aren’t going to do this on their own, this should be one of the duties of the government, just the same way the EPA already controls pollution and the FDA and ATF control what substances people put in their bodies. We don’t want to end up like China, do we?
no. i do not agree.
