What is a good social network for people interested in arts, literature, movies?

QUESTION:

I know a couple of sites like Goodreads.com where it’s a network full of aspiring writers, or people that plainly are interested in books. But are there other ones that are affiliated with movies or books of any sort?

    The TVtropes wiki.

It’s got an IRC, some forums, and each page has a discussion.

    I would definitely recommend deviantart.com
It’s a fantastic site where artists/writers can even publish their own work for other people to comment or favourite. You can talk to other members, join chat rooms within the site and much more.
I use it… I think it’s fantastic. I’d go with DA if I were you.
